Is your city interested in a sustainable urban development?
Are you dealing with a specific urban issue and you need to develop and implement efficient action plan?
Do you want to exchange your experiences with other European cities?
Then you can lead or participate in the projects financed through the URBACT programme
Eligible applicants are: cities, regional and national authorities, experts, universities, research centres, national and European networks.
In order to assist potential candidates to set up their project and complete their Declarations of Interest (deadline of submission 15 February 2008), the URBACT Secretariat is organising an Information Day on the 1st call for proposals, on January 22 2008 in Paris. Candidates will be provided with detailed information on the different dimensions of the procedure for the creation of a Thematic network/ Working group under URBACT II and will have the opportunity to ask specific questions related to their own project.
