The programme for the two-day conference in Heerlen (NL) and Aachen (D) will include sessions on the technical, legal, social, environmental and economic issues associated with the project. The final results from the Heerlen Pilot project will be published and participants will be given the opportunity to visit the project site.

Citizen’s Agora on climate change

The European Parliament invites your organization to debate climate change and its implications during the so-called Citizen’s Agora* which will be held on 12 and 13 June 2008 in Brussels. This is by far the largest event open to civil society, demonstrating the importance that the European Parliament attaches to citizen consultation.
